What does GNA Payment Services do?

We provide payment infrastructure to businesses: collecting payments from your customers, paying out to many recipients at once, holding balances in more than one currency, and converting between them.

Who are you regulated by?

GNA Payment Services Ltd. is registered with FINTRAC as a Money Services Business in Canada, registration number N300001106. Our corporate particulars are published in full on our Regulatory Information page.

Registration with FINTRAC is not an endorsement or a licence, and we do not present it as one.

What does it cost?

Pricing is per transaction and depends on how payments are made, the currencies involved and what you sell. Our Pricing page explains what drives it and what we need in order to quote you accurately.

How long does it take to get started?

That depends mostly on how quickly the documents come back. The first conversation takes minutes; onboarding takes as long as verification takes.

We will give you a realistic answer for your situation rather than a marketing number.

Do I need a developer?

Not necessarily. Payment links and hosted payment pages need no code at all. If you want payments inside your own checkout, or you want to submit payouts programmatically, there is an API for that.

Which currencies do you support?

It depends on the corridor and on what you need. Rather than publish a list that may not apply to you, call us and we will tell you directly whether we cover what you need.

Can you pay out as well as collect?

Yes. Mass Payout sends money to many recipients from one instruction, and you can pay out in more than one currency from the same balance.
